Misting
Misting is a small amount of shock fluid, that clings to the shaft and is pulled past the oil seal on the extension stroke. On compression some of the fluid is wiped off by the oil seal and left on the outside of the shock absorber.
Leaking
Wet Lines of Oil are visible
An indication of a failed shock absorber is a thick wet layer of contaminant on the body of the shock or oil streaming off the body of the shock absorber over the lower mount.
Clean the shock and run vehicle for 48hrs,if oil is dripping down to the lower mount, SHOCK IS BAD, REPLACE IT
However A J Tires and Repairs Ltd. always stands with our customers, but to claim the warranty, the customer needs to bring the original
invoice (not Copy), the Damaged part, and after confirming any manufacturing problem by an expert, credit will be issued to the customer.
